Thanks to Google I found Maudy just in time! I ordered a “custom made” dress online and in spite of sending my measurements, it was considerably large and the sleeves were unfinished. The dress also had a small train that I didn’t realize was part of the design and didn’t want. We had a black tie wedding to go to in Lucerne and Maudy did an amazing job cutting off the train, finishing the sleeves to fit my arms and creating French cuffs with only 1 fitting and time to spare!

Maudy does incredible work. She is so nice and easy to work with too! She did many alterations on my wedding dress and made my huge beautiful train possible to bustle. I am so happy with how everything turned out and would recommend her to any bride in our area!!

Maudy altered both my wedding and a cocktail dress and did a wonderful job. They drape so much better now and hang properly. Maudy communicates well and professionally and was always prompt in getting back to me and for appointments. She is also very friendly and helpful and a joy to deal with. I highly recommend her services.

Maudy is the perfect seamstress. The came to my office and worked with my busy schedule. She was a quick turn and took a large task and made it look effortless. I will be using her again in the future!

I found a knee length lace wedding dress that fit very boxy. Maudy came to my home and pinned it all over.

In a little over a week Maudy called and told me my dress was ready! She delivered it, I tried it on and it fit beautifully!

I had 4 suits with jackets and pants, and also 4 sport coats that looked like they belonged to someone else when I wore them. They needed to be taken in due to weight loss. Maudy made alterations to all 12 pieces and they fit as good as new!

I bought a pair of jeans with unique styling up the leg, but they were hip huggers and I just don’t have the waistline for that anymore. I bought them anyway and Maudy expertly transformed them into jeans that fit my waste perfectly! No more worry about bending over and exposing my rear end! Magnificent job, on time and perfectly styled!

Let’s just say men are difficult to go shopping much less to get and item altered. When my husband found out that he did not have to go anywhere to get his new tuxedo altered it was amazing. The tux fit perfect and we are both very happy!

Maudy did a wonderful job on a memorial project for my mom. It was a bit unique, fitting an adult polo shirt on a small stuffed animal. But she did it perfectly! It looks as though it was originally made this way.

I have had alterations done a few times by Maudy. She is a very sweet lady. The last time she did my mother of the groom dress. I felt so wonderful in my dress. It fit amazing, and the hem length was perfect. No tripping on it while dancing and so forth. I highly recommend her for all of your alterations needs. Thank you Maudy!

I would highly recommend Maudy to anyone who is looking for a seamstress. She pays close attention to detail and her work is phenomenal. She did all of the alterations for my wedding dress, and it turned out beautifully.

My daughter was in a performance at the high school. Her dress arrived late in the mail due to covid issues. Maudy was charming, helpful (her daughter had been in performances so she knew exactly what I was looking for- amazing!!), communicative, and efficient. The dress was ready early which even gave us time to make a slight alteration (which was unnecessary but ended up perfect!) after the fact. The price was reasonable- less than I thought it would be. I Highly recommend Maudy.

Maudy, was recommended to me by a dear friend! I needed sleeves shortened on 2 tops for vacation. I called her and left a VM. She quickly responded w a phone call and appt. !!! I really don’t write reviews. But, I am a satisfied customer. Maudy is the seamstress you will need in your life one day. I found her through google. She recently altered 4 dresses for me.. Her price are reasonable. She is up front with the cost. I recommend Maudy for your seamstress.

Had to get some pants altered for a funeral asap. Called Mandy and she made it happen. Same day service. Thanks to her. I found a new seamstress.

Did an amazing job on making my Vest perfect everything was nice and straight and in perfect placement. When dropped off gave her $40 and when she was done she actually said it didnt take me as long as she had thought it might and said she owed me $10 back so definitely honest. For that she received the extra $10 for tip for the speedy and excellent service definitely will be back. Thanks again!!!
