Heirloom Repurposing & Artisan Sewing By Maudy Paden
Transforming meaningful garments into lasting, usable pieces

Heirloom Repurposing
Garments carry history.
I help bring them forward into daily life.
I specialize in repurposing vintage fur coats, wedding gowns, and other sentimental pieces into blankets, pillows, bags, and custom designs. Each project is guided by the character of the original garment and approached with care, restraint, and intention.
These pieces are not reproduced—they are reimagined.
The goal is something usable, lasting, and quietly meaningful.
Artisan Purses
A small collection of one-of-a-kind and limited-run bags.
These pieces are developed through an ongoing studio practice, combining reclaimed materials with new structure and design. Each bag is made individually, with attention to balance, proportion, and durability.
This collection reflects a growing body of creative work and will continue to expand over time.

Fine Alterations
Alterations are offered in a limited, concierge-style format for select clients. This service is scheduled based on availability and is best suited for those seeking a high level of attention and a private, well-managed process.
